De Zwaluwenhof is a green enclave near the artists' village Kats on the Zeeland island of Noord-Beveland. The garden is a botanical treasure with fruit trees and beautiful views of the Zeeland farmlands and the Zeeland Bridge. Three idyllic holiday homes: the Orangery, the Garden House and the Tiny Courtyard are waiting for you.
In De Zwaluwenhof you can relax in hospitality. The cozy entourage, the beautiful light outside and a warm welcome immediately give you a true holiday feeling.
In the neighborhood you will find all kinds of facilities, such as various beaches, restaurants and charming villages. The historic towns Zierikzee and Goes are a 10-minute drive away. The Oosterschelde National Park is within walking distance of the holiday homes.
The Orangery | 2 guests
The Orangery is a cozy, detached 'cottage' of 27 m2 with terraces all around and beautiful views of the garden with orchard and the countryside in the village of Kats. This holiday home offers a lot of privacy, has free WiFi and private parking. There is a sitting/bedroom with a wonderfully spacious bed, a flat screen TV with Netflix and Apple TV, a dining table, a comfortable sofa with ottoman, a large wardrobe and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea making facilities are available (Nespresso, cafetiere and kettle). The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower and toilet.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Orangerie. In the Garden House, one dog is welcome, but only upon prior consultation.

The Garden House is located on the other side of the premises of a total of 4000 m2. This picturesque, cozy 'annexe' has its own driveway with a private terrace and a private entrance. There is a lot of privacy with beautiful views f the farmlands and the Zeeland Bridge. The Garden House is romantically decorated and covers 50 m2. In addition to a spacious bedroom, there is a country-style sitting room with a semi-open kitchen. The bathroom offers a spacious wellness shower, a sink and toilet.
In the Garden House, one dog is welcome, but only upon prior consultation.
The tiny Courtyard | 2 guests
Experience a Fairytale Glamping Stay at the Tiny Courtyard. Step into the Tiny Coutyard, a charming, small-scale oasis of tranquility at De Zwaluwenhof. Relax on your private terrace with comfortable sun loungers, enjoy a meal in the separate outdoor dining area surrounded by fragrant roses, a herb garden, and a barbecue. The view over the vast Zeeland countryside and the iconic Zeeland Bridge makes this place truly unique. Here, you’ll find privacy, peace, and all modern comforts, including free WiFi and private parking.
The delightful English garden house, measuring 3 x 3 meters, features a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a mini dishwasher, along with coffee and tea facilities (French press and kettle). In the right-hand authentic caravan (8 x 2.5 meters) you’ll find a comfortable sitting area with armchairs and a flat-screen TV with Netflix and other channels. Next to the sitting area is a charming bedroom with a cozy double bed. The luxury bathroom in the left-hand caravan (2 x 4 meters) is equipped with a rain shower, sinks, and toilet, ensuring that comfort and style match perfectly.
